Price Change FAQ


Q: I got an email about a price change. What’s going on?

A: We’ve been crafting awesome loot for about five years now and, while a lot has changed, there’s been one thing we’ve tried to keep the same: the price. Unfortunately, in order to keep up with costs, we’ll be updating our prices across many subscriptions effective May 24th, 2017.

If you did not receive this email: Please review the price changes below to see if your subscription is impacted by the change. If you have any questions, please contact our Support team so they can go over the details of your specific subscription changes.

Q: What is the price changing to?

A: Price updates will vary for each crate line. We’ve put together this chart to help show our Looters the updated pricing structure. 

Please note: Shipping & handling and any applicable tax are not included in the pricing outlined below.







Q: I already have a 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscription in progress. How will this price change affect me?

A: The price update will be reflected on your next bill at the time of your next upcoming renewal. We’re not charging anyone more for a subscription that is currently in the middle of a multi-month plan. 


Q: Does this mean the value of the crates will be increasing?

A: We have and will always strive to give you the highest value products and experiences possible, which is the driving force behind our operational costs.


Q: Are the delivery issues experienced on some crate lines related to this price increase?

A: Yes and no. Mostly no. As we’ve expanded the types of products we offer and the amount of Looters we provide them to costs do increase, but there have absolutely been setbacks and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you’ve experienced. We take your feedback very seriously and we’re working hard to get better.
