If you are unable to log into your account, first we ask that you check your email for a confirmation of your purchase. Please contact our support team if you do not have a confirmation email, as it’s likely there was a typo in the email address entered during the checkout process.
If you do have the confirmation email, try using the “forgot password” link to have a reset link sent to you. This will allow you to reset the password for your account and you should successfully gain access at that point.
Your user account will lock after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.
Once your account has locked you will receive an email with unlock instructions.
All you need to do is click on the “Unlock My Account” link and it will direct you to the correct page to unlock your account. You will need to change your password from there.
