Subscription Rebill Discounts
Loot Crate may offer subscription rebill discounts. The following questions are to help in clearing up any questions that you might have regarding a Subscription Rebill Discount.
How long does my offer last?
If you accept an offer, it’s valid until your next bill date passes.
What happens if I have referral credit or some other kind of credit stored on my subscription?
Your discount will be applied before any other types of credit are applied to your rebill. For example, if you receive a 10% discount, it will be applied to your full rebilling price before any other credits are applied. This helps to maximize the value you receive.
How do I check to make sure the discount went through?
After your billing date has passed, you can check My Account > Subscriptions > Order to confirm that the invoice reflects the discount you were given.
Can I switch which subscription the offer applies to?
It applies only to the subscription you were canceling when you received the offer
What happens if I change my subscription plan length?
Upgrading or downgrading your subscription will cause the discount to no longer be valid.
What happens if I accept an offer but still decide to cancel my subscription before my next billing date?
If you change your mind and decide to cancel, you can still do that at any time. You’ll have until your next billing date to remove your pending cancellation and take advantage of the discount.
Why didn’t I get an offer even though my friend did?
There are a variety of factors that determine eligibility for these discounts, including (but not limited to): subscription type, subscription length, how long you’ve been a subscriber, etc.
