Purchasing a Gift Subscription
The difference between a gift subscription and our recurring subscriptions is that the gift plans are a one-time payment and do not automatically renew. Gift subscriptions are currently available in the United States. The contents of each crate are the same as the crates that arrive monthly per their specific theme. You will not be charged if the recipient decides to make any future purchases and the recipient will not be able to see any payment information you have provided.
The gift recipient will receive notification that they received a gift subscription depending on your choice: either on the day of purchase or when the crate is planned to ship.
Receiving a Gift Subscription
If you received a gift subscription, head to our website by clicking this link to redeem and claim your gift subscription. You will be prompted to claim your account. It is not required to claim an account. That said, you will receive tracking notifications and have the ability to modify your shipping address and size once you claim the gift plan.
If you need to change any details on your subscription, such as shipping details or apparel sizing, make sure you have claimed your account. Once claimed, you can go into ‘Manage Account’ and update the corresponding shipping address and size(s).
Important Gift Subscription Information
The skip-a-month feature is not available for gift subscriptions.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Crates will be shipped in our signature Loot Crate boxes and delivered to the recipient of the gift subscription.
If the person you are purchasing a gift subscription for is already a Loot Crate subscriber, that person can log in and apply their gift redemption code to their account.
Do Gift Subscriptions renew automatically?
Gift subscriptions do not renew.
