Tracking will be available once your has shipped. We send an e-mail notification with tracking information once your crate has shipped and it will also be available on your Manage Account page.
Tracking is typically sent close to the expected delivery date. If the expected delivery date for the crate has passed and you have not yet received your crate or tracking, please log into your user account and check the status of your shipment via the tracking information within your user account.
If tracking is not available on your user account and the expected delivery date for the crate has passed please reach out to our support team by submitting a support ticket so they can assist in tracking down your crate.
