Subscription renewal dates vary by crate line. Here's a quick chart of the billing dates.
Please note, this list is for 1 month recurring plans and 1 crate recurring plans. If you selected a longer term plan be sure to check your User Account for your renewal date.

| J.K. Rowing’s Wizarding World | 5th of even numbered months |
| Fallout Crate | 5th of odd numbered months |
| Sanrio Small Gift Crate | 5/15 ; 8/15 ; 11/15 ; 2/15 |
For Loot Crate, Loot Crate DX, and Loot Wear if your subscription signup is between the 6th-19th of a month, your renewal will be moved to the 5th of the following subscription period. If you signed up between the 20th-5th, you will be renewed on that same date each billing period.
For Loot Gaming and Loot Anime if your subscription signup is between 10th-27th of a month, your renewal will be moved to the 10th of the following subscription period. If you signed up between the 28th-9th, you will be renewed on that same date each billing period.

All of our subscriptions automatically renew unless you request to cancel with one of our agents or you click the cancellation button located in your user account. If you have been billed and you did not wish to renew, please contact our support team for further assistance.
