Based on the type of subscription you have, you may have the option of skipping a month/crate. The following subscriptions have this option available and will be able to skip a certain month's shipment by a specific date:
Loot Crate, Loot Crate DX, Loot Wear: before the 1st of each month
Loot Gaming: before the 5th of each month
Loot Anime: before the 10th of each month
You are not able to skip on our bi-monthly, Quarterly, or partner crates including: Loot Sci-Fi, Marvel Gear + Goods, J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World, Hello Kitty and Friends Crate, WWE Slam Crate, Deadpool Club Merc, Fallout Crate, and Elder Scrolls Crate. Depending on the day you subscribe you may not be able to skip the first crate on a new monthly subscription. Skips are not available for gift subscriptions.
You can skip a month subscription via your Manage Account page.
1. When logged into your Manage Account page and navigate to the Account tab, then select your subscription.
2. Once you've selected your subscription, under the Subscription Info section, select Payment Info
Once skipped, your billing date will be moved to the following month once you have clicked the skip button. For example, if you were previously to be billed January, your new billing date will be February. Your user account on Lootcrate.com will also give you the specific date in which you will be rebilled.
Once you've logged in, go to your Manage Account page, and select the subscription you want to skip. Under Subscription Info, click on Payment Info. On the bottom right, click the button to Cancel my subscription, where you will then be prompted to Skip a month.
If you would like to cancel, you can click the button to the right of the screen that says Cancel my Subscription.
Follow the remaining prompts to complete the cancellation process. This will cancel your subscription. Please note: Your account will reflect a Pending Cancellation status through the end of your subscription period. On the date currently shown as your next renewal date, the subscription will reflect the fully canceled status. You will be sent any remaining crates per your most recent renewal but will not be charged again moving forward. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation via email shortly after completing the cancellation process.
If your account is currently PAST DUE, the cancellation button will not be available. Please contact our support team by submitting a ticket here and they can assist with your cancellation.
