If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next new renewal date. Otherwise, you will be billed for the next crate. You can view your next renewal date after Next order in your account page.
To cancel a subscription, log in to your account, and head over to your My Subscriptions page here. Next, locate the subscription you would like to cancel. After locating your subscription, select the Cancel Subscription option, which will provide you with the prompt to process your cancellation. Please note, by canceling, you will not receive a refund for any paid crates. If your subscription is Past Due, please contact our support team to process the cancellation.
